Our evaluations

Investors in People (IIP)

Investors in People is a national quality standard that aims to improve organisations through the training of employees.

ELCAP originally gained the Investors award in 1996 and has maintained it ever since.

Companies need to be assessed for re-accreditation every three years, but now have the option of a rolling programme that focuses on different parts of the standard in each of three years.

Our latest assessment took place in the August 2013 we received a letter of confirmation that we had maintained the standard.  This means we are recognised as a good employer and can use the Investors logo on our letters and publications to say so.
